The Businesses run on 21 Jul ended with all 12 fleet company items deleted for failing the notability policy and the Bestbusinessloans account blocked indefinitely. Person items were already gated on independent press references existing — that gate now applies to everything, harder. See the full stop notice on the Businesses tab.

Sequencing: person items come AFTER the business items exist (the linking is where the value is — a person item in isolation does almost nothing), and Adam's is strongest AFTER the Zenodo DOIs land, so notable work can point at citable research. Business items → Zenodo → Adam → Oliver.

The linking — where the search value comes from

Two-way connections between the person item and the company items you built on the Businesses tab:

On the person item: owner of (P1830) → Best Business Loans Ltd, Muswell Rose, Rank4AI, LionCrownX.
On each company item: founded by (P112) → the person item; chief executive officer (P169) where true. These inverse links are what knit the graph together.
The government-registry edge: Companies House officer ID (P5297) on the person item independently confirms every person→company relationship in one identifier. This is the strongest single signal available.

Description, aliases, references

Description = disambiguator, not bio: "British entrepreneur, founder of Best Business Loans Ltd and Rank4AI" beats "businessman". This is what shows in entity-panel candidates.
Aliases = genuine name forms only: full legal name (e.g. Adam Samuel Parker), common short forms (Ollie). No keyword associations.
References: matter MORE on person items. Directorship/position claims → the Companies House officer appointments page. Identity claims (DOB month) → same. Occupation → the hub profile. Unreferenced person items about living people are the most-deleted item class on Wikidata.
Multilingual labels: add the same label to French/German/Spanish/etc. rows — broadens matching for zero effort (names don't translate).

Weaker notability than Adam (no Companies House officer ID under this exact record yet, no DOIs). If Oliver has any UK directorships, his officer ID + those positions become the spine, same as Adam's — Adam confirm whether he has any. Otherwise create his item last, lean on ORCID + the hub, and accept it's the most fragile of the set.

ORCID iD (P496) — the biggest omission; already held by both people and it bridges to the DOI works.
position held (P39) with qualifiers — richer than employer(P108): each directorship carries of + start/end dates that mirror Companies House exactly.
given name / family name (P735/P734) — cheap disambiguation wins.
described at URL (P973) → the muswellrose.com hub profiles — closes the loop with the on-site Person schema (which will get the QID in sameAs going the other way).
notable work (P800) — after Zenodo, Adam's research becomes attachable work, which is what separates "businessman item" from "author item".
photo (P18) — only if you upload a headshot to Wikimedia Commons under a free licence (CC BY-SA). Real decision: a freely-licensed image can be reused by anyone. Optional; skip if uncomfortable.

Deliberately NOT recommended: social-media follower counts (P8687 — churns, needs constant re-referencing), Facebook/Instagram IDs unless the profiles genuinely exist and are maintained, and any keyword-stuffed aliases or occupations — person items about living people get patrolled hardest, and promotional decoration is what draws deletion nominations.
